Agreement to terms

By accessing arc-yoga.com or using any services offered by ARC Wellness Studio LLC ("arc," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, instructor applicants, and hospitality or corporate partners.

Our services

arc provides mobile wellness programming — including yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing — delivered on-site at hospitality properties, corporate locations, and private venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We also offer individual class bookings for guests of our partner properties. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Class bookings and cancellations

• Class reservations are made through our scheduling platform (bsport) and are subject to that platform's booking and refund policies.
• Drop-in classes are non-refundable. Class pack credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
• arc reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor unavailability, weather, venue access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify registered participants as promptly as possible and provide a class credit.
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to class at the instructor's discretion.

Health and participation

By participating in any arc class or wellness session, you represent that you are in sufficient physical health to participate. You agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to class. arc and its instructors are not licensed medical providers. Nothing offered through arc constitutes medical advice or treatment.

Participation in yoga, pilates, meditation, and related physical activities carries inherent risk. You assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety directions during class.

Assumption of risk and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARC Wellness Studio LLC, its instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in arc classes or events, or from your use of this website. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By booking a class or engaging arc's services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Partnership and corporate agreements

Hospitality and corporate partnerships are governed by separate written agreements between arc and the partnering organization. These Terms of Service apply to website use and general service engagement; specific partnership terms, pricing, and schedules are detailed in individual contracts.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the arc brand identity — is owned by ARC Wellness Studio LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any arc content without our prior written permission.

Instructor applications

Submitting an instructor application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee of engagement. arc reviews all applications at its discretion. Applicants who are selected will be engaged as independent contractors under a separate agreement.

Third-party links and platforms

Our website may contain links to third-party services such as bsport, Calendly, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those platforms. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
